Kevin O'Donoghue
Founder & Owner
Kevin O'Donoghue brings to TEKS, over 20 years' worth of experience at the local, national and global levels in corporate education and training. Before founding TEKS, he worked with f.e.m.m.e.Safety, Inc. as its General Manager, working on corporate strategy and tactics, networking, marketing, trainer coaching and development and business development. Previously, he was VP. Business Development for PrimeLearning.com and was accountable for reseller relationships, strategic alliances and the global accounts program. Prior to PrimeLearning, he served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at TransCom Software, Inc. where he built Channel and Strategic Partnerships, market awareness, sales, product collateral and assisted in courseware development. He has also worked with industry-leading companies such as IBM, Unisys, Science Research Associates (SRA) and National Education Training Group (NETg). While at NETg, he generated more than $4.9 million in sales in less than three years and was promoted to Global Accounts Executive. In that role, he coordinated international sales team activities with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Amdahl, AT&T, ARCO, Motorola and Citicorp. O'Donoghue earned his Bachelor of Science & Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois. |

Junior Lorah
Co-Founder & Subject Matter Expert.
Junior Lorah is a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. He is a co-founder and Subject Matter Expert for TEKS. Enlisting in the Navy right after high school in 1994, he earned his officer commission through the ranks in 2004. He has sixteen years of active duty time and has been on six deployments to include intensive combat tours in various parts of the world. Junior has been a leader, manager and teacher for the last ten years of his career. He has been to various countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America; assigned with leadership roles to include meeting with high level dignitaries, planning complicated exercises/operations and the training & development of foreign nationals in various roles. On multiple occasions, he has been the sole diplomatic liaison for the Navy in foreign countries including Spain, Croatia, Italy, Albania, Tunisia, Greece, France, Israel, Iraq and others. He has had operational and management experience in overseeing more than 6-million dollar worth of inventory in gear and equipment responsibilities. He is a resident expert in his field and specializes in explosive ordnance disposal and diving. He is qualified in numerous military specialties and warfare designations, and has been to several training schools. Junior holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and is currently finishing his advanced studies at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. |

Krystal Fitzpatrick
Director, Police Training Institute - University of Illinois
Kris is currently the Director of the Police Training Institute at the University of Illinois. Prior, she served over thirty years as a University of Illinois police officer. Kris began her law enforcement career as a patrol officer with the University of Illinois in February of 1977; when she left to become Director of PTI she was serving as the Director of Public Safety and Chief of Police.
Kris holds a Masters degree from Eastern Illinois University, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, has been accepted into the Educational Organization and Leadership doctoral program at UI and has participated in over 2000 hours of law enforcement training. Kris is known across the University of Illinois campus for her involvement in special investigations, employee training programs and presentations to numerous student groups. She co-founded the University Workplace Violence Prevention Program and served many years on the Rape Awareness and Prevention Committee. As former president of the Illinois FBI National Academy graduates' association, she has developed working relationships with many Illinois law enforcement agencies. |

Bill Pai
President, The Nelson Touch Consulting Group
Bill Pai has spent over 20 years in the corporate learning and information technology industries. Most recently, he was a Regional VP of Sales at Learn.com, a company which provides on-demand Learning and Talent Management Systems with more than 50 million end users around the globe. Prior to joining Learn.com, he was the Western Regional Sales Manager for NETG, a Thomson Learning Company later acquired by Skillsoft. Bill has experience at both large companies and start ups, including DigitalThink, one of the first ASP e-learning enterprise solutions providers. Bill joined as Employee #17 and Western Regional Manager, and grew annual sales in his group from $200K in 1998 to over $5M two years later. In 2000, DigitalThink had one of the most successful IPOs in the history of the e-learning industry and was later acquired by Convergys Corporation. Previously, Bill was the National Sales Manager of Science Research Associates (SRA), an IBM subsidiary. He began his career as a Marketing Representative for IBM Corporation, received a BA in English Literature from the University of Chicago and was a National Merit Scholar. Bill currently heads The Nelson Touch Consulting Group, which facilitates implementation of online solutions that promote social learning and knowledge exchange. |
